Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Bloxbook is a product of MGS Hosting (“MGS Hosting”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Bloxbook is an independent community platform for Roblox players and creators. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, and “Roblox” is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bloxbook, and old enough to form a binding contract in your country of residence. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You agree to provide accurate registration information (including a username of at least three characters) and to keep it current. One person or organization may not operate accounts to evade enforcement actions.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law (see “Enforcement and account standing” below).

3. Your content and licence

You retain ownership of the posts, comments, images, videos, messages, job listings, advertisements, and other content you submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant MGS Hosting a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for formatting and delivery), display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving Bloxbook.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to share it and that it does not violate these Terms or the law.

4. Media uploads

Bloxbook lets you upload images and videos for profiles, posts, direct messages, and advertisements, subject to format and size limits. You must have the rights to any media you upload. We may transcode, resize, or refuse media, and we may remove media that violates these Terms.

Uploaded media may be stored by us or our infrastructure providers and, for the purpose of automated safety checks, associated text may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of Bloxbook is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits, among other things, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, threats, spam, fraud, intellectual-property infringement, and attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

6. Automated content moderation and AI

To keep Bloxbook safe, we use automated systems — including a third-party artificial-intelligence model provided by xAI (“Grok”) — to review User Content. Posts and comments may be analyzed at the time they are submitted and when they are reported by other users.

Based on this analysis, automated systems may take action without prior human review, including labelling content as sensitive/18+, hiding or removing content, preventing content from being published, and suspending or banning accounts for content that appears to be illegal or seriously harmful.

Automated moderation is not perfect and may occasionally act in error. You have the right to request human review of an automated decision that significantly affects you by contacting support@mgshosting.com. We describe how this processing works, and your related rights, in our Privacy Policy.

7. Enforcement and account standing

We may remove content and apply account measures ranging from warnings to temporary suspension (for a set period), banning, or permanent banning. Suspended or banned accounts may lose access to some or all features for the duration of the measure.

Serious violations — including illegal content — may result in immediate permanent bans and may be reported to law enforcement. If you believe an action was taken in error, you may appeal to support@mgshosting.com.

8. Subscriptions and verification

Bloxbook offers paid subscription plans — Bloxbook Personal (€5/month) and Bloxbook Business (€20/month) — that add a verified checkmark and additional features. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Current pricing and features are shown on the Pricing page and governed by our Refund Policy.

A verification badge indicates an active subscription (or, for team members, verification granted by a Business account) and does not certify identity unless separately stated. We may remove a badge if a subscription lapses, if team verification is revoked, or if the account violates these Terms.

9. Business features

Business accounts may access additional features: team verification, an Ads Centre, and job listings.

Team verification: a Business account may grant verified team members a blue checkmark for €5 per member per month, added to the Business subscription. The Business account is responsible for the members it verifies and must have authority to associate them. Verification is revoked if the member is removed or the Business subscription ends.

Ads Centre: active Business accounts receive advertising credit (currently €10 per month) that can be used to run sponsored posts. Advertising credit has no cash value, is not redeemable or refundable, and unused credit does not carry over except as we may allow. Advertisers are responsible for their ad content, which is subject to these Terms and moderation.

Job listings: Business accounts may publish job listings. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listing and any hiring process; Bloxbook is not an employer and is not a party to arrangements between advertisers and applicants.

10. Payments and taxes

Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location, as determined at checkout by Paddle. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may retry, downgrade, or suspend paid features.

11. Third-party services and links

Bloxbook integrates third-party services (including Paddle for payments and xAI for content analysis) and may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Intellectual property

Bloxbook, the Bloxbook name, and the MGS Hosting brand are the property of MGS Hosting. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

13. Termination

You may stop using Bloxbook at any time and may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the platform and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, licences you granted, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

14. Disclaimers and liability

Bloxbook is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including that moderation will catch all harmful content or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MGS Hosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MGS Hosting's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
